Coming from pure Iberian mother 100%, pigs free-range and fattened on acorns in oak woodlands, Cork oaks, Oaks and grazes . Cured in drying houses and cellars to the air of the sierra between Seville and Jabugo (Huelva), during a time that varies depending on your weight, between 36 & 48 months. Black hoof- Tag Red. They carry the distinctive collar red proving their 75% Iberian Acorn.
