Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

Defective products

In this case, we will pick up the product at your address and after checking, you will be replaced by another one with the same characteristics.

The costs of collecting and shipping the new product in this case will be borne by esejamonjamon.com.

If, after inspection of the product by esejamonjamon.com, the product has no defect, and is considered to be of good quality, or any deficiencies it may have been caused by negligence, poor product maintenance, shock, use or improper handling, Esejamonjamon.com will not be responsible for such return and will send the same product to the customer again, but the costs of collection and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Returns will be made by e-mail to devolucion@esejamonjamon.com and info@esejamonjamon.com.

Erroneous shipments

In case you do not get what, you have requested. It will proceed to evaluate your return without having started, collected, and new shipment, in the event that it is missing another product will be sent immediately once checked.

In any of the two cases above, to make the return, the product must be perfectly packed, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case. To make the return you must include the invoice that you received in your day with the order.

You can not return a product that weighs less than 85% of its weight.
